New installation battery showing zero


Hi there,

Just had my 100ah custom lithium installed paired with a redarc dcdc charger and victron smart shunt. When i bought it home from the electrician i paired the shunt to bluetooth and battery showed 100% overnight it went down to 69%. Now its showing zero, ive tried deleting app and trying again but as seen in photos its still showing 0%. I plugged in my iphone to usb in control box in tub and it showed it was charging. Im a complete novice so any advice in simple terms for a beginner would be appreciated. Im baffled not sure what to do next. I hope its a simple fix and nothing major i was planning on a trip but have to hold off until its sorted.

You need to charge your battery. My thinking is it was so discharged the BMS shut it down.

You have set the battery capacity to 100AH on the shunt, but the last discharge is shown as 300AH. so either the capcity settings or on your set up something is not right. It is impossible to discharge 4.2kwh from 100AH battery in a 12v system.

Ts everything connected on the shunt load/charger side and nothing connected to the battery itself?

I plugged in my fridge yesterday for an hour and its worked fine so im getting charge from the battery.

@cuzz sounds like your dc2dc and shunt are not wired correctly.

Check your wiring against this diagram.
