While in absorption mode the current decreases. At some point it starts oscillating between zero and about 2.4A every few seconds. I assume that is the battery's BMS refusing to take any more current. My question is, why does the charger not see that and end absorption mode? Is it because when it's in adaptive mode, it's going to use its calculated time no matter what? And in fixed time mode, the same thing?
