Another Fault #40 Whats the solution?

I’ve not seen a response to this fault. My solar is off line and I cant reset it. Is this broke or is this correctable. I’ve checked the connections, de-energized the system. How does this fault get created or set? What are the possible causes of this fault?

Sounds like an RMA is needed.

The explanation ends with the charger will become faulty.... Send it back for an RMA.
