Fronius not producing and keeps disappearing from Cerbo GX

Hey everyone,

I have a system with 3 quattros and a fronius connected together. However, the fronius keeps disappearing from VRM portal and does not produce as well. It has happened multiple times. Anything that am not doing well?

Has ESS been enabled to change frequency and what side is the PV on output or input. is your PV on at the point it goes from the VRM can you connect to it externally via fronius app or have a Shelly clamp on the output to see if it’s producing or is turned completely off I have just assumed this is grid tied.

This is what it is currently producing our of the 20kWp

It is very clear from here that it was working very well just a few hours ago but now disconnected

The Fronius is loosing comms with the GX. It wont appear on the VRM if it is not sending data to the GX.

You can direct connect it, or give it s static IP address to help stability there.
