I may have made a mistake, I unlinked an installation thinking that an updated firmware would give a new unique VRM ID.
It didn’t, and since I’m the only admin, no request emails are sent to my inbox.
I can see the generic Venus device in VictronConnect, it’s connected to the router, and I can load remote console. But all the data that is usually logged to VRM I can no longer see.
Please help!
