Bluesmart IP22 keeps losing settings after power failure

Hi I have 7 x Bluesmart IP22 chargers in use, but one (and only the same one) keeps losing all it's settings including custom name and battery presets almost every time there is a power outage. All the chargers are in the same location, within 1 meter of the tablet that they are connecting to via Bluetooth and using the same AC outlet.

This would be something you send to supplier for RMA.

I presume the latest fw has been install, otherwise contact the supplier or put a rma in as suggested before
