DPA has sold a couple of EV chargers including installing one at our office and all work well except for one customer that has experienced only 4.7kW of charge on both a Mercedes EQA and EQB. Vehicle data sheets confirm the vehicle onboard charger is 3 phase but should charge up to 10kW with a single phase EV home charger. The house is grid connect in metro Sydney (good 240V) circuit is capable of supplying 32A and is only a short run of 3 meters or so to the EV charger.
