My new 76 w solar panel dose not deliver the expected amps. My victron 75/15 with Bluetooth show 0.3-0.5 amps current in sunshine. I see i forgot to moove the jumper, might this be the problem? How do I reset the whole thing?

Jumper should be OK. Is your battery fully charged by any chance?
