Victron & EMUS-BMS G1

Hallo, (english below)

ich weiß, das war schon öfter Thema, jedoch ohne Erfolgbringende Antowrten.

Ich versuche ein EMUS-BMS mit dem CCGX zu verbinden. Was muss ich beachten?

Gibt es hier jemanden, bei dem es funktioniert? Ich habe meiner Meinung nach alles richtig gemacht.

- Busabschluss gesetzt

- VE.Can auf Canbus BMS umgestellt

- alles auf 500kbps eingestellt

Und mehr kann man doch nicht falsch machen oder?

Zur Info: Ich benutze einen CAN-Filter von EMUS

i know this has been discussed more than once, but no result could help me.

I would like to connect an EMUS G1 with a CCGX. What do i have to consider?

Is someone here where it works problem-free? I think i make no mistake.

- BUS termination on both sides

- set VE.Can to CanBus BMS (500kbps)

- change CAN on the G1 to 500kbps

- use an CAN-Filter from EMUS

If you haven't already solved this. Try direct connection to the Cerbo GX on the same CAN bus as the G1 control unit, without the CAN filter.

Emus support advised me i should connect it in this way and it works faultlessly.

500 kbps is correct bus speed and termination is needed, one at each end of the bus. 120R.

One other observation, if you use CGM (can cell group module) when setting up the system, carry out the CGM configuration and update at the default CAN bus speed and when completed then change speed to 500 kbps. I had problems discovering CGM's during setup as i had changed the bus speed before configuring the CGM's properly.

Which EMUS firmware version were you using? I can't get it to work.

Hello Together,


my Victron MP's and Emus BMS worked good together. Yesterday my Emus set the Charger Status: Charging Finish and the MP are discharge the Battery with 280 Amps into the Grid. Wich Parameters are Wrong? Thank you for help.
