Managing VE.Direct Multiplus/ Phoenix inverters

I have a little doubt. Will the Venus GX manage the smaller Multiplus/ Phoenix Inverters with VE.Direct port the same say as the bigger VE.Bus devices? If not, what are the limitations?

Anyone using Venus OS / CCGX with VE.Direct inverters instead of VE.Bus? What is the difference in functionality, if any ?

All MultiPlus inverter chargers have a VE.Bus port. The new MultiPlus-II GX has a VE.direct port, but it is not for the connection to the Inverter/Charger, but other VE.Direct accessories to the built in GX card.

Some new Phoenix inverters do have VE.Direct.

For those, the best was to get an idea on the kind of data that you will see for each model is to use VictronConnect and open the demo mode for that device.
