i cont seem to connect to my Venus GX, it was working till it did a change in the setting for the update for the VRM to every 5min. now i cont see the Vinus on the wifi, tried my phone, i pad and laptop. i all so tried the VRM portal, it says failed to connect. the house hold wifi is working and i did a update to the soft where to v2.31
dont know what more to do

Please read this part of the manual for the VenusGX that runs through the options for when you are having difficulties connecting to a VenusGX.
There have been several reported issues similar to yours recently, but no one has reported back after trying those steps, so I presume they all got working again.
Please report back.
