VE.smart networking in mppt settings

i was try to configure VE.smart networking but the option is not there,then i was found that my bluetooth firm ware is not updated its not asking for auto update when i use victron connect how can i update and get the VE smart networking option.

in the attached image product info it shows VE.Direct unknown product and the firmware also not updated still its v2.09.

Hi @kaarthik,

It could be that you have a first series Smart MPPT that is not compatible with VE Smart networking. Check here. https://www.victronenergy.com/live/victronconnect:ve-smart-networking#vesmart_networking_compatible_products

You could use a Smart dongle to solve this.
