VRM Clone another installation's layout error - too many requests

Getting this error or Something went wrong try again later when trying to clone widgets today. This has always worked in the past on over 50 installations. Not sure if there is a new bug in VRM or the site is

I am still getting:

Something went wrong try again later

When trying to clone widgets in VRM. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Thanks for reporting, I haven't heard any other reproductions yet, but have passed it onto the VRM dev team so they are aware.
