Creating an alarm in VRM reports an error

I've been trying to modify and create an alarm (smart Shunt SOC alarm) in my VRM Web Portal>Settings>ALARM RULES, and when I hit SAVE, I get this error "This Value should be less than 2.79. This value should be less or equal to 2.8" that error comes up no matter what parameters I use in the alarm

Update: Today I tried to add an alarm and it just worked! so no idea the issue, unless your guys got it fixed that fast
