Multiplus II GX 5000VA Disjoncte pendant l'initialisation

Bonjour, j'ai installé un Multiplus II GX 5000VA . Celui-ci est alimenté (réseau EDF) en amont par un disjoncteur de 32A. et connecté sur l'entrée AC IN . Pour le moment il n'y a aucune connexion sur les 2 sorties AC OUT et aucune batterie connectée. Problème, lors de la mise sous tension par le bouton noir en bas à droite sur la Position I , le Multiplus s'allume puis après quelques secondes de la phase d'initialisation il y a un bruit d'enclenchement de relais à l'intérieur de relais (ou contacteur) puis le disjoncteur 32A saute !! Idem lorsque le bouton MA/AT est en position II. La terre est bien connectée.

Auriez vous une idée d'ou pourrait venir le problème ? Le Multiplus ne serait il pas HS

Please read the manual carefully before installation, and complete the installation before powering up.

The BATTERY should be connected BEFORE turning ON the inverter charger. You may well have damaged the inverter by powering up before connecting the battery.

you can test this by connecting the battery - use a fuse in the circuit - and then try turning the inverter to invert function without the AC in connection turned on.

Measure the AC - Out, and check to see the LED status.


Veuillez lire attentivement le manuel avant l'installation et terminer l'installation avant la mise sous tension.La BATTERIE doit être connectée AVANT d'allumer le chargeur de l'onduleur. Vous avez peut-être endommagé l'onduleur en le mettant sous tension avant de brancher la batterie.vous pouvez tester cela en connectant la batterie - utilisez un fusible dans le circuit - puis essayez de tourner l'onduleur pour inverser la fonction sans que la connexion AC soit activée.Mesurez l'AC - Out et vérifiez l'état de la LED.

Hello Mike, thanks for your repply. I did not connect the battery because it is a Pylontech and the idea was first to set up the correct battery type in the Multiplus before connecting the Pylontech. So is there any risk to connect the Pylontech without setting-up the correct battery type the Multiplus ? If not then I will connect the battery.
