The multiplus inverter stop to produce power after few minutes and yellow lights appear. Victron toolkit Shows 3 yellows lights on the inverter mean : hardware EEPROM error. Do someone please knows what it means and what to do to fix it ? Thank you

This indicates a configuration mismatch or hardware error.
There are a number of ways to fix this (if it's not a hardware error) but some are a bit more rigorous than others.
Below are two non-destructive methods.
1) Update firmware using VEFlash!
2) If that doesn't help, try the following:
o Connect VEConfig
o Select a (different) grid code than the one shown here
o Write the settings to the unit
o Have the unit reset by VEConfig
o Select the original grid code (or none if none was selected)
o Rewrite the settings to the unit and let it reset.
