Installation/mounting instructions are in the manual, which should have been handed over to you post install. It's downloadable from the product page at victronenergy.com if you don't have it.
I think your model is supplied with a wall plate which it hooks onto at the top and should then be additionally locked in place by screws into the wall at the bottom of the unit. Quite apart from what you see, a big bump I'm the road could bounce the multi off the wall.
Check by carefully moving it upwards. If it does move don't move it more than a quarter of an inch. And get it corrected asap.
