VRM displaying “Real-time” but no data to display in Advanced widgets for any time period.

VRM displaying “Real-time” but no data to display in Advanced widgets for any time period. Device list says last seen a month ago! Tried rebooting Cerbo with no improvement. Any ideas welcome! Could it be a connectivity issue?

Faulty Cerbo maybe?
