VE Configure 3 - Inverter Shut down on low Battery - limits

Hello,

I am operating Pylontech Batts (16 kWh) with 2 x MPPT 48V 250/60, Phoenix 48/5000 and Cerbo GX on Panels (7.8 kW). I am trying to set up shut down limits for low battery voltage with the VE Configure 3 Tool on downloaded Phoenix 48/5000 file - however - the FORCED limits, that the app provide - don't suit to correct settings of the Pylontech batteries. Is there a way of freely choose: inverter shut off, low batt pre-warning and inverter restart voltage ?

The correct settings, respecting 10% lowest SOC and 90% highest SOC are 48.2 Volt (10%), suggested pre-waring may be 48.8V and inverter restart around 49.5 Volt - 90% SOC matching 51.3V.

I'd like to establish those or similar settings.

Any idea is welcome!

Thanks and best regards Alexander

@Alexander Kolb

Have you updated the firmware on the phoenix?

@alexander-kolb. To be really flexible, I would first set your battery specs in VEConfig. Next, I would add a flow made in Node-Red. This will give you all the settings, charge, discharge configurations you need.

Thanks for the feedbacks. After updating the inverter to v502 firmware version, I am able to set the desired voltages.

For those are interested in SOC vs Voltage I attach the last 30 days of my installation.

Best regards

Alexander
