How to make an RMA for Cerbo GX

Hi,

How do I make an RMA, when I get no contact with the seller ?


Yesterday the Cerbo GX died when restarting the system. Voltage 51,3.

What I understand is that Victron has a construction issue when running over 48VDC.

It said “pop” and became dead when power on.


How do we handle this warranty issue in an easy, fast and practical way ?

The flawed GX's needed to have an external capacitor fitted which would have prevented that.
