MPPT 75 10 both indicators blinking

Hi I have 2 50watt panels connected to a Victron 220ah AGM battery,which I also charge through a Victron centaur 12/30charger when connected to shore power. Both the green and yellow lights blink. The pannels are connected to the PV terminal and the battery to the battery connection. Why do both lights continue to flash?. Have I set it up wrong or do I need to add other controls.

Please download the victron toolkit app to your phone and this will tell you why as it lists all the available light flashing sequences


more than likely its PV over voltage or battery over voltage
