Correction of VEConfigure3 Documentation

The option in the UI is "Stop after excessive bulk" but the documentation says "Stop after 10 Hr bulk".

thats what it does if you tick that box excessive bulk means 10 hrs

I'm suggesting that either the UI or the help text be amended so that they say the same thing.
