Hi, I am trying to balance a 200 Ah LiFePO4 battery with a Blue Smart Charger. The voltages have remained static like this for several hours. Is this normal behavior? At what point would I have to consider the balancing unsuccessful?

@sto It can take quite some time to balance all cells to 3.55v, sometimes days after abuse or a long period of not being properly charged / balanced.
Read these sections.
Ensure your BMS is working properly, and that it will disconnect charger if the cells go overvoltage, or over temperature.
