Live in the US and I don’t believe ESS can be setup here. Can time of use be configured for charging from grid without ESS on a Multiplus II or Quattro?

Why shouldn't ESS be possible in the US?
I assume you are using a GX device? If you don't turn on "ESS"-"Grid feed-in"-"AC-coupled PV - feed in excess" and "ESS"-"Grid feed-in"-"DC-coupled PV - feed in excess", your energy company won't even notice your ESS installation.
Edit: ESS isn't possible, because there is no grid code for the US.
Hub-X ESS Assistants are still possible.
@Jons Collasius don’t have the Victron or Cerbo yet. We have TOU coming to my area soon and Victron is not listed for Grid for/sell. Just want to make sure I have an option to charge at a cheaper time at night.
