I have a Victron Multiplus 48v with a color monitor running ESS with an installed Victron MPPT, I used to have an installation that I last used 6 years ago with the same monitor, so deleted that installtion and I am trying to setup the new installation via the vrm portal, the color monitor is at rev 2.63. Everything is setup correctly on the color monitor and it is connected to the internet
However when I try and setup my new installation via the portal I receive the following error after entering the installation ID requesting access,
(The installation with the specified VRM portal ID or IMEI could not be found )
Any suggestions what could be causing this?
