Thanks for reply. You are correct the company was liquidated in 2015, I will check out batteries if they have other label. I have requested access to VRM but unsure where that goes, to victron or to the installer? The system was installed by a University for research so was being monitored by them I assume but I think they will have moved on.
That looks like a company logo/ name. It is possible it does not exist any more.
Have a deeper look at the battery. One of the sides should have a sticker or information label. Or if you can see what the voltage/chemistry is that would also help us to help you.
There is a VRM acocunt for it as well, you can request access to it. There will be more information there as well.
