I temporarily cut the power to the electricity grid and to my photovoltaic system to insert a new socket in the house.
When I restarted everything, the system gave no signs of life and it's still all off.
In particular, the 2 US 5000 Pylontech batteries light up regularly, the colored lights are correct, they do not give alarms but they do not produce voltage.
Could it have happened due to the wrong sequence in which I restarted the system?
Did you precharge the inverters?
It is best to power DC PV first, with inverters off, then power the batteries, gx and inverters.
The BMS probably shut it all down when it was asked to do too much.

Thank you for your interest.
I reactivated the system but the batteries do not recharge.
LEDs work well, there are no alarms but the LED soc are all off.
I attach more explanatory imaginatives than me.
I think it is to be updated the firmware.

Your system is reporting ESS state 5 which is "slow charge" related to Batterylife being in use.
If the battery SoC falls below the SoC low-limit for more than 24 hours, it will be slow-charged (from an AC source) until the lower limit has been reached again.
Turn off batterylife and set it to keep charged, that should sort it out.
Ultimately it is because the battery is not able to charge properly, or has not for a while, so best change modes to charge it and try again.
