220A BP wont restart automatically

I have a 220A BP. I have it programmed to 8 A. It seems to shut off below 12v but does not restart once batteries reach 13v and beyond.

The unit flashes E3. I have to manually cut power then then back on for the BP to start again.

Any ideas?

Note: I'm not running my inverter through the BP.
