DC to DC versions

Hi all

Im looking at the 12/12 18 Amp DC to DC smart charger and I get the difference between Isolated and Non Isolated and the different currents etc. However I see some are completely blue cases and others have the black around where the terminals are.

Whats the difference? Are the full blue cases the earlier version and do they differ at all?

Looks like small models (lower amperages) have full blue cover and bigger models (higher amperage) have the blue cover with black terminals.

Similar for MPPTs.
