Quattro Plus 5000 multiple charging profiles

We have a Quattro Plus 12/5000/240 and 4 x 345 ah lipo batteries, also an undersized generator on our yacht.

When in the marina, no problems. When out due to the undersized generator I have to change the charging profiles. To do this I need to download the file from the portal, amend the parameters and upload the amended file.

is there a way to save 2 profiles and change them either via the Cerbo GX or another way rather than needing to be in internet range and downloadin/uploading all the time.

There is no way to avoid changing the config on the inverter. You can buy yourself a mk3 USB adapter and then use a compatible device and make the changes via the victron connect app instead.

Hi @Dianna

Depends what parameters you need to change. Usually with a genset you'd just have to change the Input Current Limit. If that's all you need, you could try using the Marine MFD App. Type "venus.local/app/" into a browser, follow your nose, and you should get a range to choose from. This should work without www, just local wifi/cable.
