I have orion dc-dc charger installed and works great with lifepo4, but now when temps are low and not sure is it below -0C , can Just disable charger on victron app drive van without damaging charger or battery?

Should work, guess you are referring to enable charger in the battery settings. This does bring up a warning though.
Yes, so warning that says that disabling charging battery is for maintenance only should be ignored?
