My system lately has been maintaining around 13.5 volts. SOC equates that to 92%.
For longevity I'm ok with it. But how can I force a top off before disconnecting from grid?

From my observations you lose very little energy from the battery in the time taken between the absorp state, and when the battery voltage settles to the float stage.
If you want to freshen up your batteries you can to a forced absorption.
