Since the MPPT calculator is designed to provide a guide that is "safe" regarding the max limits of the MPPT charger I would use the STC values.
@KennyBuntinx NOTC is a derated figure that represents the panels output under Normal Operating Cell Temperatures, as well as 80% normal solar irradiation.
@Gazza is correct, use STC values.
