Current setup utilised for 12 months with WiFi connection between Cerbo GX and local network.
Cerbo GX FW Ver:2.73 / DHCP
Asus RT-AC68U (Allocate fixed IP via DHCP based on Cerbo GX MAC-address)
- With local PC connected via Ethernet to switch, web browser could access the Cerbo GX.
- iPhone connected to Wifi could see Cerbo GX in Victron Connect and access via browser.
Changed existing router with RT-AX58U using same SSID and PSK
Connecting using RT-AX58U SSID:
- VictronConnect does not detect Cerbo GX.
- iPhone cannot connect to Cerbo GX IP.
- PC via Ethernet switch can connect to Cerbo GX (confirming connection to network as well as updates on VRM portal working as normal)
RT-AC68U now connected to network as AP with another SSID and PSK.
When iPhone is connected to RT-AC68U no issues connecting to Cerbo GX in Victron Connect and the browser.
Compared router WiFi settings side by side and adjusted new router defaults to match old router settings, but made no difference.
Seems to be issue with newer router, newer standard maybe.
Any ideas on what to check for?
