I would like to set up a solar system with the goal of 100% self-consumption. The system should have approx. 12 kWp of module output and approx. 10 kWh of battery storage.... Is 30,000 € enough?
Much depends on the size of inverter you require and when you want the power availible to be able to optimise the system. 30k will buy something, but it might not install it!

Leaves reasonable headroom for ancillaries like consumer unit, cabling etc. As well as installation.
But get detailed quotes and designs from dealers/installers and define output power needs.
Have you allowed for low panel output in winter? You'll probably get days or weeks of zero solar andaybe at best 10% PV output. But this will depend a lot on location.
Prices and additional effort depend a lot on your location/country and also your individual circumstances. How old / „up to date“ is your electrical system in the house?
Also be aware, that 100% self-consumption does not mean, that you will reduce your electricity-import by 100%. If 10kWh get‘s you through the night (and even an additional rainy day) depends a lot on your behaviour - and in winter 12kWp might produce even less than that…
