Can I connect a Multi plus12/volt 500(alarm system) with a multi 12Volt 1200(camera system on 1x cerbo gx?

Yes you can. Only one ve bus system will be seen/monitored on the main tiles though and controlled by the GX if you are using ESS.
The other under device list there are some basic options. And in advanced in VRM. So no ESS on that one if you are planning that.
