home battery pack switched with my dynamic energy provider

when and how is it possible to have a home battery pack switched with my dynamic energy provider. I already have a multiplus II, cerbo and ESS.

You could use a Homey Pro for example with the "Power by the Hour" and "Victron" App installed (these are Homey Apps). See https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.victronenergy/Victron-Energy/ for the possibilities of the Victron App. I am building my system based on this.
