My hybrid inverter quattro 48/1000/140 is showing low battery while CCGX is showing 100% SOC. it also give an overload alarm when connected to utility electricity could there be a problem with the inverter?

Without detailing the full system and showing how it is configured, wired etc, it would just be guessing.
Most issues are setup related, so until that has been properly checked, it is premature to blame hardware.
If you can provide a full overview of your environment's setup, configuration and ideally charts from VRM showing the issues, then we can try point you in the right direction.
Failing that, you should consider contacting your installer/supplier for assistance.
