New MPPT 100/20 Controller is not charging

I have installed this controller. The solar Panel and cables are all showing good numbers until wired into the controller then nothing from the solar. The jumper is on 2 and 3.

Any ideas as to what can be wrong?

@Gabbyfandango connect to the charge controller via VictronConnect and check what voltage has the charge controller detected as the battery auto-detect.

Then make sure error #38 has not occurred
