Connecting IP22 Blue Smart charger the phone ap

I can't get my phone to connect to the IP22 charger

I did successfully connect before to TWO x Chargers that I have, but the device no longer appear and I cannot get them to connect again

Can anybody give me instructions as to how to connect ?

make sure you have the latest app and try again if that does not work try a different phone or tablet
