Hello, I installed a new Multiplus 3000VA 12V on my boat with Lifepo4 battery, bms, smart protect, dc/dc converter etc etc. Everythings works fine when I'm connected from shore power. When I try to start my generator to power multiplus the AC voltage goes up from 230V to 295/300 and multiplus, of corse, do not works! When I tried to disconnect multiplus, the generator ac voltage came back to normal (230V). My generator is a old MASE 4000VA single phase 230V 50HZ Synchr Cap AC alternator. Until now my other AC users works fine without any problems (AirConditioner, TV, boiler and so on). I try to disable LOM from multiplus and limit current to 10A without success. The problem occurs as soon as I connect multiplus to it. Voltage increase, frequency still stable to 49/50hz. What I can do? Any ideas? Thanks
