BlueSolar MPPT 75/15 Battery and pv voltage jumping

Hi, community please help me with issue
I have BlueSolar MPPT 75/15 (12 v, lifepo4 battery ) and after switching on PV (405W) I see battery and PV voltage jumping in Victron connect. Btw I checked it by multimeter on terminals and didn't see any jumping (battery and PV have stable voltage)
What I already did:

  • checked fuse
  • checked polarity (battery and PV)
  • checked connectors
  • assembled in the correct order (first battery then pv)

I have no history, I bought a used
