I have a three phase system with a CCGX that was running well but the VE.BUS error 14 has come out. I still have connection with the CCGX. It seems that the QUATTRO VICTRON lost communication with the CCGX. What can I do remotely ? In place I have also someone who could do what has to be done.

Puede ser que tenga un problema con los cables RJ45 , por favor cambielos por originales Victron.
