My system install in my boat consists of 4 Group 31 LFP batteries grouped in 2 house banks (2 batteries each). House banks are wired via Victron argofet isolator to Multiplus 12/3000 and a Cerbo GX along with a Touch 50 and BMV-712 for system monitoring. Regardless of AC Input (shore power or generator), the multiplus charger progresses from bulk charging to absorption charging but never enters into float. As per battery manufacturer specs bulk/absorption charging profile should be 14.4 volts and float 13.5. These are the parameters that I programmed into the Multiplus. Why am I not seeing the Inverter/Charger shift to float when the batteries are full with the BMV confirming that current flow is 0 watts/amps. Is there a setting to adjust? Or something related to possible installation error?
