Multigrid with any PV inverters?

Hello,

can we transform any grid coupled pv system with the multigrid inverter to an offgrid system?

Or exists some pure grid inverters, witch doesn't work with multigrid inverter, if the grid fails?

Our pure grid systems works in germany.

Basically yes as long as the grid tie PV inverters can be controlled by frequency shift
