i installed 8kw 48v quatton victron for my client, the problem is that the bulk light will be blinking and the charging wil pause. can some one help me with a solution

whats connected

what assistants are in use

a wiring diagram would be helpfull

is PV conected and how

MultiPlus is in Bulk-protection mode: the maximum bulk charging time of 10 hours is exceeded. Such a long charging time could indicate a system error (e.g. a battery cell short-circuit).

Solution:Check your batteries and switch the Multi off and back on to restart it.

How to disable bulk protection
The factory setting of the Bulk-protection mode is on. The Bulk-protection can be disabled with VEConfigure.
