VRM "Unknown Error"

VRM "Unknown Error" back again on Win10 and latest Android...when will this be resolved

I also have this issue and missing historic graph data (win11 & android). Ping to vrm.victronenergy.com is fine. EDIT: ah just noticed the message at top of VRM mentioning issue with back end and that victron are working on it. Thanks.

I don't know about anyone else but I am getting the "Warning: Unknown error ..." all the time when I use VRM. It happens typically when I change the time to report on (say from 1 hour to today, but that is just a random example. it seems to happen whenever VRM has to change the timeline of the graphing).

Is VRM gettng a bit overloaded with users now maybe?
