Hi.
I believe my xantrex battery charger inverter may be sending a dc power spike through my 12 volt system. I have 2 x victron 50/100 solar controllers who don't capture this event in their battery monitoring capture history. How often do these controllers test the battery voltage levels?
A well connected battery should absorp/smooth a DC voltage spike from a charger.
I am not sure of the internal sample rate, but the MPPT reports it’s battery voltage via VE.direct at least once a second.
Please use the new trend feature introduced in VictronConnect 5.5. This will give you better insight into voltage variations.
