If you check out the datasheet at the bottom of the product page, you will see that they blow at different rates due to their different resistances.
Explorist life explains more on uses or placement for both.
Where and how they are used can also depend on the installation type you are doing and local regulations.
So for example in a house a way to disconnect the battery and fusing is sometimes required so the Mersen fuse disconnects or a product like them are more appropriate.
I AM SO SORRY... I WANT TO BUILD A SYSTEM BASED ON MULTIPLY 8KW, WITH BATTERIES 48v 400аH, cable 35 mm . which fuse should be used?
The Multiplus does not have an 8kVa. The Multiplus 2 does i assume it is that model you are wanting.
35mm² cable is too small for an 8kva.
I would personally use either 95mm² cable with a 300A fuse. ...
Or 2x 50mm² for negative and positive, with 150A fuse on each positive.
There are many options. What are the local regulations where you live?
