What could be the cause of Blown Capacitor on output of 24V- 375W Phoenix Inverter.

Capacitor was bulging and have popped as well. What could be the cause?

as a ruff guild

If its the big power capacitor then high DC ripple maybe the cause. bad incoming power could also be the cause. age of the unit. basically any situation that overworks the capacitor will cause it to fail sooner or latter
